Market Place by Jasons is a high-end chain supermarket owned by Dairy Farm Group with branches all over Hong Kong, Singapore, and Taiwan. The Hong Kong branch teamed up with us to optimize their official Facebook page. Our objectives were to build up their online brand presence on Facebook, enhance consumer awareness of their latest products amongst target consumers, and drive traffic from online to offline for conversion.
We focused our efforts into crafting an all-rounded, exciting Facebook experience for the audience to attract and retain their attention. With engaging bilingual posts and trendy art design, we effectively reached high-affinity groups and transformed them into fans. Providing customer service via inbox messages, and handling enquiries and complaints in real-time, we kept the hearts of loyal customers. Our constantly updated canvas, carousel, and engagement ads target audience based on their interest and demographic. We invited key opinion leader (KOL) Uncle Siu to star in a video ad promoting Sainsbury’s launch in Hong Kong, drawing enthusiastic engagement and likes from his fans. Our creative team crafted posts with simple and clean layouts to appeal to target groups, complementing our client’s own promotions, nominations, and Market Place Delivery online shop.
Additionally, we invited several other KOLs to share special promotions for the shop, further enhancing our outreach.
