Cosmoprof Asia and Cosmoprof Asia Digital Week: Social Media and Digital Advertising Strategies
Cosmoprof Asia is the leading trade fair in Asia for the beauty and wellness industry, bringing together global brands, distributors, retailers, and professionals to exchange trends, innovations, and business opportunities. In 2020, the show launched Cosmoprof Asia Digital Week, its first-ever virtual event, offering a 7-day online platform to connect worldwide industry stakeholders at a time when travel restrictions limited in-person gatherings.
To build awareness for both Cosmoprof Asia and its digital debut, our team implemented a focused online campaign to generate excitement and drive pre-registration. We created localized content for Facebook and Sina Weibo, tapping into their broad reach within both international and Greater China audiences. Through engaging visuals, countdown posts, and interactive content, we highlighted the event’s unique networking opportunities, exhibitor showcases, and industry insights to strengthen anticipation among beauty professionals.
In addition, we supported the campaign with targeted social media advertising, ensuring visibility among highly relevant audiences. By optimizing ad formats and messaging for each platform, we successfully boosted engagement, maximized brand exposure, and drove quality traffic to the registration page. This integrated approach not only supported attendance for Cosmoprof Asia Digital Week, but also reinforced Cosmoprof Asia’s reputation as the premier business hub for the global beauty industry.
